Samantha offers Guru Dakshina to her mentor Gautham Vasudeva Menon as he introduced her in ' Ye Maaya Chesave ' that catapulted her into stardom in Telugu films. She's playing a cameo appearance in his new film titled Erra Gulabilu starring Sameera Reddy in the lead role. Her role is very minuscule, yet the producer of the film Ashok Vallabhaneni is promoting the movie as it stars Sameera Reddy and Samantha in the main lead. Samantha allows this promotion as she feels she owes to Gautham.
Erra Gulabilu is slated for release on January 28.
